Callen officially finished his band on March 31st while we were on vacation. While the plan was to have a very eventful day at Disney and then retire the helmet this was not the case (we got rained out at Disney) but none the less I did take a few picture of his last day in the band.

All Done
I must admit I was a bit disappointed that I did not get to take him out in his newly painted band (we switched up designs as I had one more design planned - I did not think he'd be out of the band so fast) but we did put the band back on him for one last photo op when we got home (I had to take him climbing in his climbing themed band)

Hooray! I love the photos of him climbing with Tavish--too cute!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the before & after pic. My 9mo. old's head looks like the before pic. His pediatrician keeps telling us that it will correct itself. It does look better than it did when he was a new baby but it's still noticeable. I'm going to research this. Email me if you have any advice. Goodbadfamily@aol.com

He is so adorable (with and without the helmet)! Do you have any actual pictures showing the comparison of the before and after? I'm somewhat concerned about my 6 month old's head, but my pediatrician just keeps telling us to do more tummy time (which isn't easy since he just rolls over every time we put him on his tummy). How did your son react to the helmet at first? Was it tough for the little guy? Thanks in advance for any insights.
